Return Process

Contact Us: As soon as you receive a damaged item, contact our customer support team at support@banito-fashion.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and attach the required photo and video evidence.

Review: Our customer support team will review the evidence within 2 business days. If the damage is verified, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping the damaged item back to us. Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent any further damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Important Notes
- Return Window: Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.
- Condition of Returns: Only items that are returned in their original condition (apart from the reported damage) will be eligible for a refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items that are not damaged, or for which no photographic and video evidence of damage is provided, will not be eligible for return or refund.
